Welcome to Glen Quilts, home of Lisa Taylor, the Quilter in the Glen.
Lisa is an award-winning professional long-arm machine quilter. She lives and works in the scenic Pacific North-West, where the natural beauty of her surroundings inspires her art.
Lisa offers custom machine quilting services for your own quilt tops to help complete your projects or UFOs.
She can also design and create new quilts to order, or create a quilt from your antique blocks. Lisa is also available to consult or teach machine quilting.
Each quilt, whether it is a simple utility "scrap" quilt in for a basic edge-to-edge treatment, or a high-end art masterpiece destined for a juried show, is individually hand-crafted with great care and attention to detail.
Lisa takes the time to ensure that your quilt will receive the best treatment she can give it. Therefore, ample time must be allowed for custom orders so that we can maintain a high standard of quality and workmanship.
Lisa does all the work herself in her own studio (which is smoke, perfume, and pet-free) - your quilts are never sent to a subcontractor or given to an employee.
Lisa has quilted for some of the best people in the field, including Jan Krentz and other noted quilters. Get acquainted with the site, and see what Lisa can do for you!
PLEASE NOTE: LISA IS NO LONGER TAKING QUILTS AT THIS TIME - SHE IS TAKING A SABBATICAL. WHEN SHE RETURNS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU. HOWEVER, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EXPLORE THE SITE!
