PLEASE NOTE: LISA IS NOW BACK FROM HER SABBATICAL IN IRELAND, AND IS ACCEPTING QUILTS AGAIN. SHE WILL ALSO BE TEACHING LONG-ARM AND OTHER CLASSES. YOU MAY CONTACT HER HERE OR AT QUILTER'S COVE, WHERE SHE IS NOW "QUILTER IN RESIDENCE."

A great deal can be done with a long-arm machine in one hour! Work that takes days or even weeks to quilt by hand or by table-top machines can be quickly accomplished by a long-arm quilter. Some quilters charge by the square inch, yard or other methods, but you will find that our charges are comparable and competitive - especially when you consider that you "get what you pay for"! Lisa is a recognized figure in her field, and is patronized by some of the finest quilters. We offer a 5% discount for new customers on their first order!

Basic Rate - $22.50 Hr. (One hour minimum - See Terms and Conditions).

There is a basic thread charge of $4.00, with an added charge of $2 for each additional color (if needed). Variegated thread is a $10 charge.

We also offer batting and/or muslin backing at a competitive price. (See below)

Note: The following are approximate costs only, for comparison, using simple edge-to-edge quilting or basic freehand. Individual quilt costs will differ, depending on treatment and complexity, and on how many hours it takes to finish the quilt. These estimated prices include using our batting (below) and the thread charge, but not shipping (usually $10-$15 USD).

Size of Quilts Avg. Cost
Lap / Baby $50 to $90
Twins $90 to $150
Queen-size $140 to $150
